It was my husband’s and I first time booking here and we absolutely loved it!!! Check in was quick and simple,Room was clean and our rooms happened to be just renovated with new appliances, they also had multiple pools for each villa. There are many activities to do and a bar/ grill on site. Location was very convenient with malls and shopping centers near since we didn't drive or rent a car and there was a bus right in front of the resort that was very easy to figure out. Disney parks are also near. We will be returning hopefully soon with the kids this time. Very kid friendly , but also perfect for just couples and solo travelers !! 5 stars since we had no issues, besides the rain !!! 😆

Our 16-Day Stay – Honest and Personal Review We stayed here for 16 days. This review reflects my personal experience — every stay is different, of course, so this is a subjective but honest review. To start with a rating I’d give it a 6 out of 10. A big part of that score comes from the fact that most of the staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best. That said, there were exceptions. For example, the small supermarket on site had staff who, in my opinion, clearly didn’t want to be there. The same applied to the driver at the end of our vacation who picked us up from building 10 with our luggage, she seemed more worried about breaking a nail than helping with the bags or atleast smile. Arriving at the lobby, she was more focused on her phone than on the guests. On the other hand, we were very kindly assisted by Christopher at the front desk — he was great. As for the room, I don’t understand why we were given one that clearly needed renovation. It smelled musty, the dishwasher worked but didn't clean properly and 1 rack was half broken, and the bedroom TV had no signal. On the plus side, the bed was excellent. One downside was the shower head, which was fixed to the wall. Since I’m 6'2" (1.88m), that made showering rather uncomfortable. We were also offered a little gift attend a presentation in exchange for a $200 credit card to spend in Florida. The presentation was actually quite interesting but just not relevant for us now. But again, why offer that kind of room if you're trying to sell something? It doesn’t help your case. One last thing I found really annoying: having to calculate my own tip every time I ordered a beer. Please stop that. Pay your staff a proper wage and get rid of this tipping system. Also, some employees clearly weren’t in the mood to provide service that’s something management should pay attention to. That said, overall, it’s a decent place to stay.

First time flying to Florida and checked in to this place. Room smells so nice and fragrant that makes you relax from a long day trip to parks nearby. Giving it 3 stars because of the parking fee. Kinda surprising, we never thought of that. But i think that's how it is. Still, we enjoyed our stay.
