We stayed here for a couple of nights on a road trip to Dallas. I would say the city rooms were not worth the extra cost as there was no large city in sight. My girls did think it was cool to be on a higher floor. The rooms were nothing special but we're clean and comfortable. The elevators were broken when we first arrived which meant a long wait time; however, they were fixed by morning. The outdoor pool was a special space. My daughter loved that the pool was warm. The fitness center was connected to the pool area which was an added bonus.
Very welcoming hotel with a warm and professional atmosphere. I travel to Dallas often and hotels have become my second home — this Hilton stands out. Oscar, the manager, is absolutely amazing. He always handles any issues with grace and genuine care. His attention to detail and calm presence make every stay smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend for both business and leisure traveler
I recently stayed here for 3x nights on a work trip. First the bad: The room wasn't very clean. Linens were clean but the bathroom floor had quite a bit of hair laying about and the bathroom counter was covered in dried water spots - not clean at all. Additionally (and this may be nitpicky) the hotel lobby coffee was not free. It's a small inconvenience, but just comes off like the hotel is trying to "nickel and dime" you. In fact a black coffee was $4.33...I've never been to a hotel that charges for coffee in the lobby. Now the good: The fitness room was fantastic. Largest and most well stocked I've ever seen at a hotel. 5/5 on this item. The Lone Fork Kitchen and Tap (bar and restaurant on the first floor) was actually pretty good despite the reviews. 4/5 on this item.
