Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel

Staff is friendly and helpful! Room is clean and nice, but details give away that it's a bit dated. Our room had balcony you can actually walk out on, which is a nice touch. The AC takes a bit to really cool off the room. The provided toiletries have a delightful masculine scent.

From the outside it's not much to look at, but it was great inside! The room was very clean and comfortable! The bed and pillows were luxurious! The view from the little balcony was beautiful! The cleaning staff left something to be desired, as they didn't clean our room at all one day, and when they cleaned it the next day they left dirty dishes. Overall I highly recommended this hotel!

We arrived & found the sheets to be dirty & blood on them. We were all getting itchy & getting bit marks all over us. We found bugs which looked to us like the were bed bugs. They supposedly got it inspected & the room tested negative for bed bugs! We literally took one of our pillows down that had bed bugs on it. We went & talk to the front desk the guy was a jerk!! He acted like we were lying & we offered him to go check for himself & he wouldn’t. He offered us a new room & said there was nothing he could do about it that we would have to wait til morning for his manager… mind you we had our 5 children with us & they have bites all over their bodies as well! we waited until the next morning & spoke with the manager & she acted like she didn’t really care either.. offered us a full refund on both of our rooms & then said “I’ll need to check with my GM first.” After already telling us she would refund the money. They are very unprofessional & I encourage everyone to steer clear of this hotel!! We have contacted the salt lake county health department & they will be make contact with the hotel as well!!
