The staff was wonderful and the rooms are certainly a great value. Very quaint and old school, the rooms are a layout you are not quite accustomed to (not a bad thing, just different). See below for other comments. First time in the state of Utah.
The hotel is in a great location if you plan to visit the sites downtown. The rooms are extremely small and the air conditioner was so loud it will disrupt your sleep. I was very surprised to get a $2 charge on my credit card after we checked out for a bottle of water. As a Honor’s member it was suppose to be free. I’m not going to take the time to dispute it but I will warn you that they have little regard for loyalty. My advice, stay somewhere else!
Why anyone would stay here is beyond me. The rooms are super tiny, no refrigerator in room, the room never cools down. The air runs but it is so hot that you can’t sleep. You have to pay $25 to park your car across the street and this hotel is just very old and run down. Find a different place.
