We were really happy with our stay. Great service, upon checking in, the hotel rooms and the foyer area/breakfast is immaculate. The breakfast attendants were also very friendly in greeting everyone with a "good morning" We usually stay at the Hilton next door but their pool was dirty last year and they don't offer free breakfast & are not as friendly as this Holiday Inn Express location. The maintenance man Cheque was very professional & attentive when we were at the pool making sure we didn't forget our personal belongings. This will be our stay whenever we come to the island. Thank you Holiday Inn Express!

Staff was wonderful! Allowed early check in when we got to the island much earlier than anticipated. Everyone we interacted with was so kind. Lots of Staff keeping things clean. Workout room with weights up to 50 pounds. Clean pool with HOT tub. 2 block walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks, and I’m just going to say—the hallways felt pretty claustrophobic and really tight. There was only one operating elevator for most of our stay, and our room key card stopped working around eight times. Each time, we had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The rooms weren’t terrible, but there was mold growing on the AC unit. I didn’t make a big deal about it since it was just a small patch. However, there were three holes in the shower, along with mold growing at the top of the shower on the ceiling. On approximately the third night, I lifted a washcloth and a big eyelash fell out of it—which definitely didn’t belong to anyone in my family. Then, on the last night around 1 a.m., there was loud screaming, yelling, and banging. It sounded like parents talking very loudly and kids running up and down the halls, just screaming. It went on for a good 30 minutes and woke up my entire family. My dad called the front desk, but I don’t think anyone actually came up, because the noise continued for another 15 minutes after the call. Overall, the stay wasn’t that bad—you honestly get what you pay for. It was nice that we could just walk to the beach, but we probably won’t be coming back.
