Motel 6 Victorville CA Civic Center Route 66

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. I really don't understand why there's any bad reviews at all. The rooms were spotless, security was excellent. I didn't even see one homeless person the entire week I stayed there so I don't understand all the bad reviews at all. The rooms were super clean and in great condition. The staff was awesome, but the employee Rick really went above and beyond. Very nice person, friendly and understanding. The man is always working. He's definitely due for a raise or bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great accomodations for the price. I will definitely be staying here again.

The rooms are big and clean with a beautiful back view towards a golf course and beautiful birds and squirrels adorned the environment 🥰. The service is always on time the house keeping ladies are very nice and polite. The location is on the middle of the city of Victorville. Easy freeway entrance. I honestly dont see how this hotel is not the closest thing we have to a 5star in the high desert.

IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY I GOT: Nothing has been resolved! I still keep calling and being gaslit by your staff. The supervisor told me I had to speak with Charlie because he was familiar with my situation. But Charlie says he isn't able to access the email account to send me an email. I've called at least 6 times and emailed and provided Charlie with my email address. Still have been unable to speak with the manager. Charlie said you noted down you will not refund me the money because you were holding a room for me. You did not hold a room for me, I showed up within an hour of booking the room. And Charlie said I booked a smoking room, which is false. My email receipts and receipts on the Super.com app both show it didn't specify, and I included a note requesting a non-smoking room. I'm not gonna stop until I get a full refund. Original review: When I tried to check into this hotel I was told that every single room in the hotel was smoking. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and I have asthma. The second I walked into the room the smell of cigarettes made me feel like I was going to get a migraine. I have been fighting with this hotel and super.com for 2 weeks now to try to get a refund when I didn't even stay the night because this hotel was a health hazard. When I call every time I speak to someone I just keep getting the runaround. I've even emailed them and still they refused to provide me with email proof that I did not complete my stay so I can try to get my credit card to refund me the charge. Disgusting customer service. Disgusting hotel. Do not stay here.
