we stayed in this serviced apartment for over six months, and it truly felt like home. from the very beginning, everything was smooth and comfortable. the entire staff were absolutely wonderful - always kind, polite, and ready to help with anything. everyone always greeted us with a warm smile and was so thoughtful in the way they did their work. and i want to mention the cleaning lady who was incredibly sweet and kind. it’s rare to meet someone so genuinely nice :) we never had a single problem during our stay. the apartment itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the management cares about their guests’ comfort. the location is also very convenient - there are shops, cafes, and everything you might need within walking distance. we’re very grateful for our time here! 🙏🏼
We chose this serviced apartment as our accommodation for a competition in UET VNU. The apartment is new, spacious, and comfy. The bed is comfy. Once I lay down on the bed, I felt sleepy immediately. Same with their sofa, you could sleep on the sofa comfortably! The bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is good. Their shampoo and soap feel good too. Other amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, razors, and combs are provided here. They provide breakfast and they will bring the food to your room at 07.00-09.00 AM. But, you need to choose your breakfast the night before. This place is near UET VNU. There is a Mixue right in front of the hotel! Within walking distance from this place, there are a lot of Vietnamese and Hanoi foods. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, and a mall. There is also a 24-hour Bahn Mi shop and convenience store nearby. This place is located in a very good location. Last but not least, the staff here are very friendly and helpful. And they provide airport shuttles at an affordable price. Overall, we like this place and will stay here again if we were to have an event in UET VNU. 10/10 worth the price.
