Sunway Hotel Hanoi

I recently spent four nights at Sunway Hotel Hanoi, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the city. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, smiling warmly and checking me in quickly. Even though I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, they managed to arrange my room without any extra charges – a small gesture that made a big impression. My room was spacious, clean, and completely quiet – exactly what I needed after long days of work. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. I also had a lovely view of Pham Dinh Ho Street, which gave me a sense of Hanoi’s charm and history. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. I especially loved the beef pho – rich broth, fresh herbs, and tender meat, just like how the locals make it. The restaurant staff were attentive and always made sure I had everything I needed. Sitting by the window with a cup of coffee in the morning was a highlight of my stay. I also made use of the gym, which was well-equipped and spotless. One morning I needed a taxi urgently to get to the airport, and the front desk staff arranged it immediately – I truly appreciated their efficiency and kindness. In short, Sunway Hotel is a place I’ll definitely return to the next time I’m in Hanoi. Excellent service, elegant atmosphere, and warm-hearted staff – everything you need for a perfect stay.

While I didn’t use the gym or pool, they appeared well-kept. The breakfast buffet had a **good variety of options**, including both local and international dishes. ### **Final Verdict** If you’re looking for a **well-priced, clean, and comfortable hotel** with **excellent service**, Sunway Hotel Hanoi is a solid choice.
