Hotel Indigo Saigon The City by IHG

We have only been here for one night so far but our experience has been excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go above and beyond for their guests. They make sure to see you to your room with your bags. They will even provide a business card with their personal details so you can message them for help. Be sure to ask the reception for shopping and restaurant recommendations. The rooms are very clean, new and quiet. We are very impressed so far.

Service is the highlight of this hotel. Johnny and. Ni Tang at front desk were really helpful vendor dinner restaurant close their orders because we arrived late. They suggested us a very nice restaurant outside the hotel which was open till late. The hotel is nearly renovated so everything is in top-notch conditions. The front desk at the check-in made sure we got a high floor room. The always smiling and trying to be helpful attitude made us feel that they were our friends. Will definitely visit again. The only downside was translucent shutter doors for bathrooms

And to Ken also for all the help. Breakfast was also amazing. Our room was a bit stuffy (maybe because of the carpet), but otherwise we had a great 4 day stay :)
