The Bloom Pham Viet Chanh Modern Living Space in Saigon A Top Choice for Western Travelers

Fantastic Stay at The Bloom Pham Viet! I had a wonderful experience at The Bloom Pham Viet. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-located, but what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service. Quynh went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Her hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you to Quynh and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

We loved this hotel. We arrived here at 3am after our originally booked hotel messed up our reservation. The staff made us feel so welcome and it was like finding a safe haven after a rocky start to our Vietnam journey. The location seemed a bit strange at first and then we went exploring the local area and discovered so many hidden gems. Try the wine bar just across the street! (Mowe) The bar looks like it isn't a bar but go upstairs and check it out. The Bloom Hotel was perfect for us and even though we initially thought it was out of our budget so we would only stay 2 nights, we extended for another 2 nights. The staff make this place so great though. Very kind and attentive! The rooms are ok... I think if you have time, you can perhaps find more luxurious rooms at this price point but it won't have the same level of charm that this place offers.

Stayed here a couple of times already, 4 times, some were short stayed and some was long stayed. I even drag my friend to book with this hotel. Not much of an issue staying here in the past. Close to many places. For instance, district 1 and 2 are only 10 minutes away. Safe area as well. A few issues I experienced this time. 1. Daily housekeeping staffs seemed to not understand what throwing out trash meant. Used toothbrushes were not thrown away for whatever reasons? If it was to be environmental friendly, they would not have put new ones in. You put new toothbrush in, but would not toss away the old one? Next, there were trash that I organized and put in bags to be thrown away, yet it remained when I came back from my business outings. I purposely put money out next to the bags to incentivize them to throw away the trash, but the trash remained. Not a very major issue heh. What ticked me off is after checking out I received a call about a delivery from the hotel. Before I checked out I told the receptionist to refuse the goods since I would be gone already. Behold 1 hour later, I received a call from the hotel asking me to pay for the delivery. IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT THE GOODS ARRIVED LATE. I am forced to pay for the goods from a third company, by the hotel, just because the staff have compassion for the driver arriving late? When specifically this morning the staff told me someone called her about the goods would be delivered later. Which I told her to refuse since I would be gone from Vietnam already. I don’t pay for goods or services that I don’t receive. I have to inconvenience my Vietnamese friend to transfer 124000VND. I told the staff once in the morning and again when they called to refuse it. The staff still called me a second time insisting I should pay when it was not even from the hotel, but a store. Yes it is rude, but why should I pay when delivered it so late? I have to inconvenience my friend. Pretty embarrassing. Not a good way to do business as a hotel doing that to a regular customer for a delivery driver.
